Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 16, 2026
FlowMapTrader.com (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates this website and related services (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use the Service, and the choices available to you.
1. Information we collect
1.1 Personal data. If you contact us or use authenticated features, we may collect information such as an email address you provide, and account credentials needed for sign-in when authentication is enabled.
1.2 Usage data. We may automatically collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, approximate timing of requests, and diagnostic logs needed to operate and secure the Service.
1.3 Cookies and similar technologies. We may use session cookies (for example to keep you signed in), preference cookies, and security-related cookies. You can control cookies in your browser; disabling them may break sign-in or other features.
2. How we use information
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
- Improve features, reliability, and user experience
- Analyze aggregate usage and diagnose issues
- Respond to support or privacy requests
- Notify you of important Service changes when appropriate
- Protect the platform against abuse, fraud, and attacks
- Comply with legal obligations
3. Legal bases (where applicable)
Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we may process information to perform a contract with you (operate the Service / account), based on legitimate interests (security, reliability, product improvement), based on consent where required (non-essential cookies or marketing), or to comply with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent where processing is consent-based, without affecting prior lawful processing.
4. Storage and transfers
Information may be processed on servers in jurisdictions different from yours (for example cloud hosting). We take reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk, such as access controls and encrypted transport (HTTPS/TLS) where supported. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
5. Disclosure
We may disclose information when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security; and to service providers who help operate the Service (hosting, CDN, logging, analytics) under obligations to use data only for their contracted functions. We do not sell your personal data.
6. Analytics and third parties
If we enable third-party analytics or similar tools, they may collect usage data under their own policies. The Service may also link to third-party sites (exchanges, social networks); their privacy practices are outside our control.
7. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal data, or to object / withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact [email protected].
8. Retention
We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law. Session and security logs are typically kept for a limited operational window; account data (if any) is kept while the account is active and removed or anonymized within a reasonable period after closure.
9. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we learn we have done so, we will take steps to delete it.
